The Kalachakara Mandala

 

“Kalachakra” means wheel of time Kalachakra mandala is designed by the present of the 14th H.H Dalai Lama is also called sand Mandala because it is also made by sand. When it was finished it is destroyed for impermanent eternity (not permanent).The  Mandala represent / mobilizes the place.

Structurally, the square(stupa) is circle surrounded by the different circles. They are wisdom , space mind wind ,fire water & earth  .The center part of mandala is called Nirvana where Kalachakra and Vishwamatri are placed the square  there are the different animals carrying different God and Goddess and the Twelve Animals represent, Twelve Month . The entrance gates are enlightening mind entrance. In middle the center is called The Enlightenment. In Kalachakra Mandala we also find seed-syllables which are of old sankskrti  letters represent thirty six offering goddess. The mandala made for pe prosperity and protection. It is also used for meditation purpose.
